This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all professional services provided by Kaixo Marketing 360.
By hiring any of our services, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions described in this Policy.
Clients may cancel recurring services at any time.
However, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the next billing or renewal date.

Requests submitted by telephone, WhatsApp, social media, text messages, live chat, or verbal communication will not be considered valid cancellation requests.
Recurring service agreements renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with this Policy.
It is the Client’s responsibility to notify Kaixo Marketing 360 within the required timeframe.
If the cancellation request is received less than thirty (30) calendar days before the renewal date, the next billing cycle will be processed normally.
Once the invoice has been issued or payment has been processed, no refunds, credits or partial reimbursements will be granted.
This policy exists because Kaixo Marketing 360 allocates personnel, production time, software licenses, advertising tools, strategic planning, and project resources in advance to ensure uninterrupted service.
The cancellation will become effective at the end of the already billed service period.
Once work has begun, the following services are non-refundable:
Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads or similar platforms are managed directly by those providers and are non-refundable.
Expenses related to:
are non-refundable once purchased or contracted.
If a project is delayed because the Client fails to provide the required information, approvals, materials, or feedback, Kaixo Marketing 360 shall not be responsible for any resulting delays.
Projects that remain inactive for more than ninety (90) consecutive days may be considered abandoned and closed without refund.
Clients agree to contact Kaixo Marketing 360 before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Kaixo Marketing 360 shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Kaixo Marketing 360 reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.
Any dispute arising under this Policy shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts located in the State of Florida.
